Our Finance Minister reported that he feels that money is being wasted by the government in comparison with the Netherlands where taxes are slightly lower. It is not completely fair to make this comparision as a bigger country can of course always be more efficient but I find it highly encouraging that this is being mentioned. I have never heard this say before by a Curacao government official. Kudos for Finance Minister Jardim.
